💉 Vaccine Requirements

📄 Before Scheduling an Evaluation:

We require a copy of your dog’s vaccine record (text or email) before your canine can be scheduled for an evaluation.

🐶 For Puppies:

Must have received at least 2 rounds of DHPP or DAPP booster shots.

🐕 For Young Adults & Adult Dogs:

Must be up to date on all vaccines, including:

✔️ Kennel Cough (Bordetella)

✔️ Rabies Vaccine

✔️ Annual Core Vaccines

✔️ Heartworm Prevention 🫀

✔️ Flea & Tick Treatment 🪱🦟

🧠 Personality & Behavior Evaluation

Every canine entering our Board & Train program will be evaluated for:

✔️ Personality & disposition

✔️ Aggression or reactivity

✔️ Skittishness or fear-based behavior

✔️ General temperament and socialization needs

🐕 If your dog shows signs of aggression, ask us about our Controlled Aggression Training Program.

😔 If your dog or puppy appears skittish or shows signs of past abuse, ask about our Confidence-Building Program to help them gain trust and stability.

Our Board & Train program comes with a lifetime guarantee.

If your dog or puppy needs more than 21 days to succeed, we’ll continue the program at no extra cost until they’re fully trained. 🐾

After graduation, we ask that you follow our handling instructions for just 1 hour per day for the first week to help your dog respond to you confidently and consistently. 💪

⚠️ Disclaimer

All dogs are different. While most canines respond quickly, training timelines may vary based on temperament, environment, and how consistently the handler follows instructions.

Results depend on your commitment after the program—we give you the tools, but it’s up to you to use them. 🐾

📄 Service Agreement – K9 Trainer 1

This agreement is between K9 Trainer 1 (“Trainer”) and the Client.

Services Provided:

3-week live-in training focused on obedience, behavior correction, and socialization.

Payment Terms:

💵 Total: $1,495

🔒 $50 non-refundable booking fee

💰 $995 due at drop-off

💸 $500 due at pickup

❌ No refunds after training begins

Vaccination Policy:

📋 Proof of current vaccinations must be submitted before the dog is accepted.

🦴 Puppies under 5 months must have 2 rounds of DAPP.

Client Responsibility:

After pickup, Client agrees to practice the dog’s training 30 minutes twice a day for at least 7 days.

⚠️ Disclaimer:

K9 Trainer 1 is responsible for the dog’s care only during the 3-week board and train period.

Once the dog is returned, Trainer is not liable for injury, behavior, or incidents.

Submitting payment and leaving the dog confirms your agreement to these terms.
